- Size and fit: standard barbell length is usually 35mm–38mm, but it’s best to have a piercer measure your ear for the perfect fit. A bar that's too short causes pressure and irritation, while one that's too long may snag or shift too much.
- Do not twist or rotate the barbell, let it heal undisturbed.
- Keep hair away from the piercing (especially during healing) to avoid tangles and bacteria.
- Avoid sleeping on the pierced ear to reduce pressure and irritation.
- Styling: Some of our bars have matching ear cuffs or studs for a coordinated ear stack.
