Returns & Exchanges


RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Loveless Friday, we want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible! If you change your mind about a purchase, we’re happy to help with an exchange. If the item you’d like to exchange is no longer available, we’ll gladly offer store credit instead.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings and body jewellery. But don’t worry, our 30-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to decide if your purchase is the right fit for you!

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • General Jewellery: Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging (jar or box).
  • Earrings & Body Jewellery: Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t exchange or accept returns for these items. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@lovelessfriday.co.nz.
  • Clothing: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.

Please note: General wear and tear doesn’t qualify as a fault. If an item is genuinely faulty, we’ll do our best to repair it or offer a full refund if a repair isn’t possible. In this case, we’ll cover postage costs, in line with the Fair Trading Act.

 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving them for an exchange or store credit. Here’s how:

  1. Notify Us: Email info@lovelessfriday.co.nz within 30 days to let us know you’d like to return or exchange your item.
  2. Send It Back: Return the item via a trackable shipping method to:

Important: We recommend using a trackable method, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit.


ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All items must be in their original condition—unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
